About these terms
These terms apply when you use nyttu.se and nyttu.com (the website) and NYTTU's social media accounts. The website is run by NYTTU AB, company reg. no. 559605-0293, c/o Karl Hemborg, Åkerövägen 17, 432 46 Varberg, Sweden. Email: hej@nyttu.se.
Nothing is for sale yet
NYTTU's products are in development and cannot be bought yet. We do not accept orders, pre-orders or payments. Before the shop opens we will publish terms of sale covering price, delivery, the right of withdrawal and complaints.
The waitlist
You can join the waitlist for free. You then get the hand care guide and emails about how NYTTU is developing and when the products are available. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Content on the website
The articles are general information about hand care and are based on public sources listed below each article. They do not replace advice from healthcare professionals. If you have skin problems that do not go away, contact a healthcare provider. Images marked as a working sketch do not show finished products.
Social media
NYTTU AB publishes posts on its own accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, sometimes through a publishing tool. The tool is only used to publish to NYTTU's own accounts. We do not collect data about other users through it.
Copyright and trademark
Texts, images, the logo and the NYTTU trademark belong to NYTTU AB. You are welcome to link to the website and quote short parts with a reference to the source. Any other use requires our permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the information correct, but we cannot guarantee that the website is always available or free from errors. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
